This state park is a great place to take pictures and surround yourself with the beautiful colors of nature in the fall. 

Watkins Glen State Park

This state park is one of the most famous of the Finger Lakes state parks. You’ll find the glen’s stream as it descends 400 feet past 200-foot cliffs, which creates 19 waterfalls for you to admire. The paths and rim trails are a great way for visitors to explore Watkins Glen State Park, and there’s plenty else to do besides hiking – picnic facilities are available, as well as excellent fishing near Seneca Lake and Catherine Creek. Rainbow Falls is one of the most beautiful waterfalls of all, and you can walk behind it to get a whole new perspective of waterfalls. This is a great place to visit year-round, but especially during the fall!
