Belhurst Estate Winery and Gift Shop allows groups and parties to make a reservation for tastings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The last reservation is at 12 p.m. Group wine tasting price is $5 per person for a flight of 5 wines. Your reserved tasting reservation allows for 30 minutes for tasting. Don’t forget to plan for additional time for any browsing or shopping in our gift shop! We require groups and parties with a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 25 people make reservations well in advance of their visit, as many dates fill up quickly. The maximum size group we allow is 25 people. Limos or buses without a reservation will not be permitted on property, no exceptions. Limos or buses are not allowed on the property after 12 p.m. For the comfort of all of our guests and to protect our staff and patrons, we reserve the right to refuse service to unruly customers. Any profanity, disrespect to our staff or guests, drunkenness, etc. will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately. By law, food and alcoholic beverages that are not purchased at Belhurst are not permitted on the property. Please leave them in your vehicle. Please email to submit a group tasting request. Please note that this is not a formal reservation. All requests will be followed up with either an email or phone call. No deposits are required. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Your request will be answered within 1-2 business days. When your reservation is CONFIRMED, all credit card information that you provided will be charged on the MORNING of the date of your reservation. At this time, October 12 and October 19 are fully booked for group tastings. For larger bus tours/groups over 25, please contact us directly at 315-781-0201 Ext 8.

Belhurst has two unique dining experiences for guests to choose from for Thanksgiving.

An expansive Thanksgiving-style buffet in our Meritage Ballroom from 11:30 am to 2 pm or dinner in Edgar’s Restaurant in the Castle from noon to 5 pm.


Premium salals - Tossed House; Caesar; rum-glazed fruit salad; roasted beet, kale, goat cheese & baby heirloom tomatoes

Chef-Attended Stations - Roasted turkey with herb gravy & orange cranberry sauce; Rosemary-Dijon rubbed top round with creamy horseradish sauce & roasted garlic au jus

Additional Entrées -Spiced apricot-glazed pork loin; Honey-orange glazed salmon

Accompaniments - Whipped sweet potatoes; smashed Yukon potatoes; green beans almandine; traditional stuffing; roasted Brussels sprouts with cider bacon and cranberries; seasonal vegetable medley; assorted breads & rolls

  • Our Thanksgiving 5-course Prix Fixe menu:

    - I - Spiced pumpkin bisque topped with roasted pepitas and frizzled leeks

    - II - Spinach and Mesclun mix topped with fresh blueberries, sliced red onion, goat cheese and toasted almonds with a raspberry citrus vinaigrette

    - III - White Peach Cider Sorbet

    - IV -Roasted, hand carved turkey (breast and dark meat) with herb gravy, traditional stuffing, blend of whipped Yukon and russet potatoes, mélange of rosemary carrots, squash and onions, and cranberry sauce
