A beautiful nose filled with sweet honey, orange blossoms and spiced jasmine.  Juicy ripe pineapples and guava fill your mouth with bursts of orange spice.  A touch of honeysucklefinishes this wine!  A great sipping wine!  Pair this wine with grilled chicken and pineapple kebabs glazed with mango BBQ sauce, crab rangoons topped with plum sauce or salted mang0-lime sorbet!  Non-Vintage.   4.2% R.S.

2013 Indy International Competition GOLD

Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Merlot and Malbec make up this spectacular Meritage.  A deep nose filled with dark sweet cherries, dried figs and toasted caramel.  A full bodied mouth with cassis, molasses and a touch of cocoa.  Consistent tannins throughout this wine with hints of herbs and black tea leaves.  Pair our Meritage with field greens tossed with dried cranberries, gorgonzola and a balsamic reduction, Petit Filet topped with herbed butter or black berry turnovers drizzled with warm caramel.  Vintage: 2010.  0% R.S.

This delicate wine starts with strawberries, peaches and cotton candy in the nose.  A long sophisticated mouth filled with juicy apricots, stewed spiced strawberries with a touch of cinnamon on the finish.  Pair this wine with field greens topped with feta and sweet Vidalia onion dressing, grilled chicken with orange glaze or champagne soaked strawberries with fresh whipped topping.  Non-Vintage   2.8% R.S.

This lively wine with a velvety texture is the echo of a handshake from the Squire himself. An inviting nose filled with bright cherries and blueberries with a touch of vanilla and cedar to draw you in!  The mouth is luscious and fruity with black cherry, hints of dark chocolate with a brisk cranberry finish!  Pair this wine with a stuffed blue cheese burger topped with mozzarella and roasted red tomatoes, thin crust pizza four-cheese pizza and proscuitto or peanut butter chocolate torte!  Non-Vintage.  1.75% R.S.

Neptune is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewurztraminer.  A wonderful nose filled with creamy banana, sugared limes and cantaloupe leave your mouth watering a longing for more.  The mouth is tingling and full of juicy sweet pineapples in the front leading to hints of peach in the center mouth.  This wine finishes long and lingering with more peach, crisp apples and green mangos.  Pair this wine with field greens tossed with peach vinaigrette, pulled chicken tacos topped with tropical fruit salsa or warm apple pie  a la mode!  2.3% R.S.

Golden Pheasant is a luscious crisp semi-dry blend of Seyval and Chardonnay, has a nose filled with candied pineapple, sweet flowers and a touch of wet stone.  A luscious mouthfeel of peaches, and key lime.  The finish is long with hints of prickly pear, lime zest and more peach!  Pair this wine with Cobb Salad with avocado ranch dressing, tuna noodle casserole or pineapple upside-down cake!Non-Vintage.  1.2% R.S

Our newly released Port will transport you back to the luxury of Belhurst's Tower Suite! Tower Port starts with a nose of cedar, brandied fruit, pine and hints of chocolate. The long silky mouth starts with molasses and cassis. Dark fruits and chewy caramel move into a spicy orange marmalade finish. Pair our Port with baked brie topped with warm blackberry compote, fresh strawberries with blue cheese and cracked pepper or black forest cake!  9% R.S.

Ripe raspberries and strawberries sautéed in butter fill your nose...this beautiful iridescent rose colored sparkling wine shimmers in your glass and again in yourmouth!  Deliciously soft long bubbles, sour cherry and strawberries start off the mouth leading to yeast and rhubarb. Isabella has medium body with a dry spritzy finish.  Pair this sparkler with mixed greens topped with chocolate-raspberry vinaigrette, roast duck topped with sour cherry glaze or chocolate molten caketopped with raspberry puree.  6% R.S.

Bananas, lychee and a hint of wet stone in the nose of our newly release Gold Medal winner!  Bright lime, sweet floral nectar and Asian pear start this wine off.  A center mouth filled with pineapple, peach and a touch of mineral.  Pair this wine with bibb lettuce, poached pears tossed with creamy gorgonzola dressing, smoked salmon crostini, lobster potpie, or peach cobbler topped with fresh whipped cream!

An aromatic nose filled with apricot, peach and a touch of orange blossom.  The mouth is bright with lime zest in the   beginning and filled with juicy ripe peach in the center.  A clean finish with a hint of pineapple and mineral.  Pair this wine with chop salad, roasted corn, avocado and black beans dressed with a jalapeno-cilantro ranch.  Baked chicken topped with an asparagus and pancetta cream sauce or stewed pineapple with lemon cream cake!  Vintage 2013 •  R.S. 0.9%

Confectionary sugared lemons, white peaches and a touch of honey in the nose.  A rich intense peach and peach skin in the front mouth with a mango nectar-like center mouth.  This wine   finishes bright and crisp with more peach and hints of papaya.  Pair this wine with grilled Swiss cheese on Italian bread, broiled cod topped with a tropical chutney, seafood chowder or angel food cake covered in stewed peaches served with vanilla bean ice cream! A beautiful aromatic nose of caramel apples, sweet honeycomb and hints of orange peel.  A long balanced mouthfeel of candied ginger, pears and apples.  The center mouth is creamy and buttery with a touch of hazelnut and honeydew.  Our latest release finishes bright with kiwi and more luscious pear!  Pair this wine with carrot ginger soup garnished with crushed hazelnuts, seafood pot pie, baked chicken served with rosemary pan gravy or apple crisp topped with vanilla bean ice cream!

The nose full of brandied cherries, molasses and light licorice. Chewy tannins and dark fruits layer the middle mouth. A touch of prune and black cherry farther back in the mouth. Hints of clove, bright cherry and slight oak finish this wine off. Pair our Cabernet Franc with arugula salad topped with roasted pecans and vinaigrette, pepper crusted filet mignon, venison pot roast or dark berry cobbler!

Our Seneca Lake Pinot Noir has a beautiful nose filled with black currents, anisette, fresh cut wood and a hint of cinnamon.  The mouth of this wine starts with young blue fruit, cranberries and brandied cherries.  Black tea, silky tannins and more dark fruit finish this wine off!  Pair this wine with field green salad topped with pepper seared salmon veal Wellington topped with a port plum sauce, pork loin flatbread topped with cranberries and goat cheese!  Vintage 2012
