With magnificent style and grace, Carrie Collins created Belhurst in 1889. Her polished soirees and flare for the extraordinary earned her a reputation far exceeding many in the area. Carrie's Castle on the lake became known for it's beauty, charm and romantic legends which exist to this day.This delicate wine begins with maraschino cherries, strawberry and hints of bubblegum in the nose. Carrie blush starts off with a juicy mouthfeel with peach, lime and hints of guava. More luscious peach and tangy bursts of fruit turn to a dry cranberry finish. Pair this wine with creamy cheese quiche, cheese quesadilla, or strawberry cheesecake. 2.8% R.S.
This lively wine with a velvety texture is the echo of a handshake from the Squire himself. A butterscotch filled nose opens to brandied cherries and smoke. A full mouthfeel of pie cherries and prune quickly moves to plums and a maple smoke finish...a subtle cardamom aftertaste leaves your mouth watering for more! The nose of this wine starts with elderflowers, juicy peach and straw. The mouth is full of white peach, mango and a hing of spice. THe finish is long and full of fruit. This tasty unique blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Blanc is a great sipping wine. Pair this wine with field green salad topped with goat cheese and tarragon dressing, sweet and sour pork, grilled chicken topped with mango chutney and baked peach cobbler! 2.5% R.S.
Over a century ago, a pair of Golden Pheasants graced the lawns of Belhurst and were the prize possession of Carrie Collins. So beautiful were these Pheasants rumored, people would travel from miles away just to take a gander. Golden Phesant has a nose of juicy peaches with essence of white flowers, opening up to banana and ripe pineapple. Honeysuckle and more peach in a rounded body are on the palate with a floral, mineral, and citrus finish. This wine pairs with tropical fruit salad, broiled whitefish with bèchamel, jerk seasoned seafood, or crème caramel. 1.2% R.S.
Ripe raspberries and strawberries sautéed in butter fill your nose...this beautiful iridescent rose colored sparkling wine shimmers in your glass and again in yourmouth! Deliciously soft long bubbles, sour cherry and strawberries start off the mouth leading to yeast and rhubarb. Isabella has medium body with a dry spritzy finish. Pair this sparkler with mixed greens topped with chocolate-raspberry vinaigrette, roast duck topped with sour cherry glaze or chocolate molten caketopped with raspberry puree. 6% R.S.

BELHURST PINOT GRIGIO, 2011 - Double Gold Medal, Indy International Wine Competition
A wonderful orange citrus and green apple nose! The mouth starts with ripe pineapple and leads into a zip of lemon zest. More green apple on the start moving into grass and orange blossom in the middle to end. A touch of melon as this wine opens up! Pair this wine with mixed greens with grilled squid and lemon citrus dressing, crab stuffed mushrooms drizzled with lemon, dill and caper sauce, or grilled chicken topped with creamy tarragon sauce!
BELHURST DRY RIESLING, 2011 - Gold Medal, Pacific Rim Wine Competition
Our 2011 Dry Riesling starts with super ripe melon with hints of lemon and spice. Slight floral deep in the nose. Ripening peach in the mouth turns to green apples skins with a touch of mineral. Slight orange blossom, dipped caramel apple essence with lemon-lime spikes throughout this complex wine. Pair this wine with baked brie with green apple slices, chicken stir fry with orange glaze, smoked trout or spicy Indian dishes!
BELHURST SEMI-DRY RIESLING, 2011 - Double Gold, Indy International Wine Competition
Subtle apple, pear and fuzzy peach skin fill the nose of this 2010 Semi-Dry. Slight acidity forms a long mango and papaya mouth with bursts of more peach and slate. A well rounded honey mouth finishes with more light mineral and heavy fruits leaving your mouth watery and longing for more! Pair this wine with mixed green salad with poached pears and candied pecans, talapia in a light seafood broth with grilled asparagus and tomatoes, and cheesecake with spiced apple compote.

Another spectacular Pinot Noir from Seneca Lake! A nose filled with molasses, cedar, raisins and earth. A long velvety mouth filled with black raspberry subtle tannins and a touch of spice. This wine finishes with prunes and dark cherries! Your palate will tingle with delight! Pair this gem with mixed greens salad topped with creamy brie and acorn vinaigrette, lobster bisque, veal parmesan or shrimp Florentine.
BELHURST CHARDONNAY, 2011
A nose filled with buttery melon, exotic fruit, sugared lemon and a hint of light pine. This lovely Chardonnay has a rounded mouth full of white peach and honeydew melon. Subtle oak and pine again with spiced orange further back. More juicky fruit, a touch of line and a slightly nutty aftertaste finish this wine. Pair this wine with grilled butternut squash salad tossed with a cinnamon yogurt dressing, panko crusted haddock with lemon caper creram sauce or a chicken cearar salad!
BELHURST GEWURZTRAMINER, 2010
Layers of pine and pineapple with a hint of lime zest and green grass fill your nose. A well rounded but extremely complex mouth starts with more pineapple and slight lime. Moving into mineral orange liqueur and orange zest. The finish is long and bright giving back bursts of orange! Pair this wine with melon and prosciutto, curried chicken or brandied pineapples over angel food cake!
BELHURST CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 2009
A deep nose of blue fruit, molasses and mission figs with a hint of smoked meats! The mouth of subtle tobacco leaf, raspberry seeds and brandied tart cherries has a firm body and strong frontal tannins that flow into a smooth finish. Chocolate and sour cherry finish this wine...complex and layered with every sip! Pair this wine with endive salad topped with crumbly blue cheese, apples & vinaigrette, Barbeque Beef Brisket or a layered chocolate ganache cake topped with cherries jubilee!
BELHURST CABERNET FRANC, 2009
The nose starts with wet tobacco and black raspberries. Dark plum and raisins start the mouth leading to chewy leather with a mix of dark fruit and cherry. Subtle hazelnut, more smoke and dark fruit finish well balanced wine. Cellar for up to 5 years and enjoy! Pair this wine with Pork tenderloin topped with a Bing cherry glaze, venison pot roast or sour cherry crumb pie!

A nose full of brandied cherries, molasses and light
licorice. Chewy tannins and dark
fruits layer the middle mouth. A touch of prune and black cherry farther back
in the mouth. Hints of clove,

A light floral nose opens to peach and maraschino cherries. Subtle juicy orange pulp start the mouth leading into a center mouth full of pie cherries and rhubarb. This wine finishes with hints of cranberry, ripe strawberries and more rhubarb! Pair this wine with eggs Benedict, pear and blue cheese salad, swordfish with peach chutney or lemon bread pudding topped with raspberry compote!

Hints of caramelized sugar, candied citrus and an essence of white flowers fill your nose! Bursts of green apple in the center mouth turn to ripening nectarines. The nose of this wine if full of cassis, brandied dark sweet cherries, and subtle smoke. Solid tannins and earth start in the front mouth with ripe dark fruits and smoke. Black cherries and black current finish this well balanced wine. Pair this wine with beefsteak tomatoes with balasamic vinaigrette, grilled porterhouse steak with herbed butter or triple berry pie!
