BELHURST DRY RIESLING, 2010 AWARD WINNER The acidic nose gives way to warm slate, honeysuckle and llime. The mouth starts with noticeable effervescence and ginger. A broad bold mineral in the center with hints of citrus and luscious rich late summer peaches. The creamy smooth mouth turns dry and a return of effervescence on the finish. Pair this wine with Lobster Diablo, Thai Tom Yum soup or frosted lemon cake with mixed berry topping.
BELHURST SEMI-DRY RIESLING, 2010 AWARD WINNER Subtle apple, pear and fuzzy peach skin fill the nose of this 2010 Semi-Dry. Slight acidity forms a long mango and papaya mouth with bursts of more peach and slate. A well rounded honey mouth finishes with more light mineral and heavy fruits leaving your mouth watering and longing for more! Pair this wine with mixed green salad with poached pears & candied pecans, Tilapia in a light seafood broth with grilled asparagus and tomatoes and cheesecake with spiced apple compote.
BELHURST CHARDONNAY, 2010 A slight dill nose turns to green apples, crisp and bright. The mouth starts with white peaches and immediately turns to hazelnut and buttered caramel. A long creamy textured finish with more toasted hazelnut and slight spritz. Pair this 2010 vintage with herb crusted sea bass, spinach salad with feta cheese or creme brule!
PINOT GRIGIO, 2010 AWARD WINNER A lovely nose of apricots, peach and floral notes. A mouth of peaches expanding to a round mouth of field grass and mineral. Hints of pineapple and tropical fruit hit the back of the mouth. Pair with grilled chicken and fruit skewers, steamed mussels topped with fruit chutney, Cornell BBQ chicken. Use this wine in a broth or with your mussels and you'll love it that much more!
BELHURST GEWURZTRAMINER, 2010 Layers of pine and pineapple with a hint of lime zest and green grass fill your nose. A well rounded but extremely complex mouth starts with more pineapple and slight lime. Moving into mineral orange liqueur and orange zest. The finish is long and bright giving back bursts of orange! Pair this wine with melon and prosciutto, curried chicken or brandied pineapples over angel food cake!
BELHURST CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 2007 AWARD WINNER A wonderful nose filled with nutmeg, cinnamon, toasted caramel and black raspberry. Slight molasses and leather lead to ripe mixed berries in the mouth as well as a consistent toasted hazelnut throughout. Silky & smooth tannins with more toasted hazelnuts, nutmeg and bright black cherry on the finish. Pair with mixed greens & balsamic vinaigrette, manicotti and marinara, shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta or prime rib.
BELHURST CABERNET FRANC, 2009 The nose starts with wet tobacco and black raspberries. Dark plum and raisins start the mouth leading to chewy leather with a mix of dark fruit and cherry. Subtle hazelnut, more smoke and dark fruit finish well balanced wine. Cellar for up to 5 years and enjoy! Pair this wine with Pork tenderloin topped with a Bing cherry glaze, venison pot roast or sour cherry crumb pie!
BELHURST MERLOT, 2008 AWARD WINNER This wine is loaded with smoke and tobacco on the nose, with hints of tart cherry and blackberry. The smooth yet smoky mouth includes subtle cherry that leads to young oak and firm tannins on the finish. The wine moves from earthy to herbaceous as it opens up. For dinner, pair our 2008 Merlot with deviled eggs, char-broiled venison steaks, sausage with peppers and onions, and Tiramisu for dessert.
BELHURST MERLOT, 2009 Intense burnt wood with a cremini mushroom filled nose and a touch of anisette. Reminiscent of an old world style Chianti with dry soil and earthy qualities. Dark fruits give way to cherry skins and flambé strawberry rhubarb. Full and creamy mouth leads to silky tannins. A rusty garnet color fills your glass. Pair this wine with smoked herring on toast with mustard, Charcuterie platter with earthy soft cheeses or crème brûlé topped with plum and blackberry compote!

BELHURST NATUREL SPARKLING WINE AWARD WINNER This charming sparkling wine starts with a very complex nose. Fresh apple and light yeast quickly give way to deep, beautiful floral and candied fruit aromas. A very pretty essence of lavender leads to apricots & apples in the flavor. As the wine exits, a burst of grapefruit mixed with pineapple and mandarin orange shines through. Delightfully softer than many comparable wines, this sparkler pairs with seafood crêpes, oriental sesame and orange salad, cheese fondue or Strawberries Romanoff.
