CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, we kindly ask that you provide twenty-four hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations of less than four hours and no shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price. 

Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest and should reflect your level of satisfaction with the service. 

Please inform our staff of any medical concerns or special needs when booking services and also prior to treatment with your provider. Please indicate any allergies, medications, conditions, disability or pregnancy. You will be advised of treatment options and any contraindications. 

To ensure the best possible spa experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your services. Arriving late will limit treatment time or delay the next guest. appointments conclude at the scheduled time. We gratefully appreciate your consideration.  Kindly respect quiet areas.  The Spa is a smoke-free/cell phone-free environment. Please no outside food or beverage.

VALUABLES

We cannot assume any liability for your valuables. Please leave them at home. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS 

Age 16 years and above is required for all spa services. Ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult for duration of their service.

Gift Certificates are available at the front desk as well as online

Payments-We accept Master Card, Vis and American Express.
