Regular Dinner Menu Available All-inclusive 4 course dinner $30

Appetizer:

Lobster and gruyere arancini in a Champagne cream sauce.

Salad:

Radicchio, arugula & bibb lettuces, pear, gorgonzola, walnuts and Belhurst Pinot Grigio vinaigrette.

Entrée:

Herb and aged parmesan crusted 6oz filet of beef tenderloin. Belhurst Red reduction. Yukon puree. Honey roasted tri-color baby carrots.

Dessert:

Peppermint crème brulee

Appetizer:

Duck fat seared sea scallops. Hoison reduction. Jicama-ginger slaw. $12

Catch:

Pan roasted Chilean seabass. Charred baby heirloom tomato and olive bread salad. Roasted shallot and thyme forbidden black rice. $39

Butcher Block:

Hungry bear honey and almond crusted domestic lamb rack over apricot risotto and roasted asparagus. $40
