Belhurst and the Finger Lakes region was a surprising and wonderful experience - seeing that this was my first time in the Finger Lakes region. I never knew we had such a perfect little wine country in the middle of New York State, right here in the good-ole USA. I thought Napa Valley was our best wine treasure in the state, but I think we will return to the Finger Lakes instead of fighting the California crowds and prices that made my last visit to Napa less then memorable.  We will be back!

Our Keuka Specialty Wine Tasting was THE BEST. Cecelia was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Belhurst. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our wine tasting experience over-looking the lake, and we enjoyed a superb dinner at Edgar's. Our room had a fantastic view and a quaint balcony. We had the best night's rest, waking up more then relaxed and rejuvinated! The Belhurst is a must! We will definitely come backa nd highly recommend it!

We extended our visit here one more day and moved to the Carriage House for a different sleeping experience at Belhurst Castle. We again greatly enjoyed our Romance Package. This time we had the pleasure of a very helpful and bubbly waitress named Chris during our excellent lamb and duck dinners.  We also very much enjoyed our before and after dinner drinks in Edgar's lounge with Ryan who has great bartending skills and a great personality and even answered food questions!

The White Springs Manor is beautiful, well kept and the Mandigo room is large and comfortable. Awesome Views!!

Where to begin? My wife and I have been attempting on many occasions to stay at the Castle, but you were always full on our trips. This time we were lucky! We were both totally overwhelmed!! We loved the sitting room, the large bath, and the romantic feel of the Butler's Suite. Very special.  Wine right outside our door, beautiful views everywhere, and a staff that treated us like royalty at every turn. There was something everywhere for you pleasure; complimentary wine tasting, candy, coffee, tea, cereal bars, fruit. But best of all was Edgar's!! Two thumbs up!!

During my stay, I came down to the front desk to inquire about a store in the hotel where I could obtain something for my stomach. I was feeling very sick. Meghan at the front desk was gracious enough to get me some alka-seltzer since the store was not yet open. She had tea sent up to my room as well. She was very kind and considerate. Although I felt very sick - she made Monday a much better day for me. She personally went to find someone to make tea for me. A great employee!

We had a fantastic waiter tonight named Bruce. He made our dinner so enriched with his knowledge of wine in particular and the menu. We really enjoyed our dinner!

To put it quite concisely, the Belhurst absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was fabulous, loved the unique room layout, the very warm fireplace, the ever so comfy bed, the most relaxing whirpool, the deluxe bath and shower and the perfect window view of the lake. We will mention to all that the Belhurst is "perfect" indeed.

The packages are superb deals! We enjoyed our meals at Edgar’s very much. The Nicholas Suite was comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere at White Springs Manor.

Everything was magnificent. The virtual tours on the website actually didn't do justice to the room. I've never stayed in a more elegant, spacious suite - and we've been to many places! The food was excellent; we dined at Stonecutters but were able to have items from Edgar's. What service!

What a beautiful place. Food was also delicious and massages "rocked." We just wish we knew about the wine spigot earlier. We will definitely be back for our first wedding anniversary next year. Housekeeping and restuarant staff were wonderful.

Dear Carmen,
We wanted to have a wedding that was a little different - something personal and unique. We hoped that afterwards people would remember what a splendid time they had. Belhurst gave us the perfect place to invite our out of town guests. Our friends and family from all over the world have called and emailed telling us how much they enjoyed themselves, whichc pleases us very much. I am writing to thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did to make this day so memorable and easy for us. We had a wonderful time! This was more than just a small get-away for us. We spent most of our time on the Belhurst grounds rather than traveling the Lake region. Our waitress in Edgar’s, Cecilia, was fabulous. She was so interesting and attentive. The food was wonderful!

Our brunch dining experience exceeded our expectations. The building, its grounds, its food presentation and preparation were just excellent.
